For the past few weeks I have let K practice sleeping in a big boy bed (with the side of his crib off)just for his naps. Both J and I were not ready to face the possiblity that if we did this at night he might be up all the time. Well we finally tried it out tuesday night. K was so cute. We did the night time routine of books and prayers and mommy rocking him for about five minutes. Then as I went to lie him down, his eyes closed, he gets a little grin and whispers "big boy bed". He slept like a log until 8am. I woke up to a little boy at my bed side with a huge smile. He loves his big boy bed!

Thankfully, Will is the same. He's been sleeping better in his "special bed" than he did in his crib! He comes in the morning and says, "Good morning, Mama" He's so sweet!
not a baby anymore! so cute!
